Improve your credit score in a jiff !
In my years of experience I came from a 580 credit score to 700’s and what I have learned is there are a few steps that you have to keep in mind to save a few bucks with a good credit score.
1. Pull off your free credit report on annualcreditreport his show all of your open credit card accounts. But this will only allow you to pull your credit report only once a year.
2. Close all of your small retail credit cards such as Nordstrom, Macy’s etc. and just keep your major credit card and just keep a maximum of 3 - 5 credit cards in this way it is easier to manage your debt.
3. Call all of your credit cards that you have decided to keep and ask them to increase your credit limit and lower your interest rate. The reason behind this is debt to credit limit ratio. You want to show that the amount that you owe is small comparable to the credit limit that you have in your credit card.
4. If you have a blemish in your credit score such as late payment you could easily remove them by simply writing a letter to all the credit monitor company’s ( experian, transunion and equifax ) to investigate to verify your account and normally they would response back right away. The retail credit cards could be easily disputed. This will only work on retail credit cards but not for major credit cards or home loans.
5. In order for you to take out the blemish on your major credit card and other big loans, normally the credit monitor company’s will keep them for 7 years and after that they could be easily removed by sending a letter disputing them.
One last word of advice if they ask you “WHAT IS IN YOUR WALLET” please, please I hope you would not response Capita.l One. According from a source if you are late even just 1 payment from Capital one they will report you to all the credit monitoring companies and not only that to all your other creditors as well which would have a big impact in your credit score.
If you have filed for bankruptcy, foreclosure, notice of default there is still hope that you could still purchase another property in the future. There are many companies and private lenders that would help you achieve your goals. Just send me an email at www.earntrueholdings.com for this information.
